Standard Shipping
We offer free shipping to the continental U.S. At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or to International addresses. Currently, our packages are shipped through the USPS. Please allow 1-3 days for order processing followed by the standard shipping times.

Returns
If you need to return your item(s), Boro Rock and Mineral Store must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of order of any problems or issues. Contact us at info@rockandmineralstore.com.

Please return the item within 10 days of receipt. We are sorry but NO returns are accepted if not returned within the 10 day grace period. When we have received the return and are satisfied that it is in the same condition in which the product was sent out, we will issue a credit for the price of the merchandise less the cost of shipping.

Sorry, but no credits or refunds on customized or special order items. We do not accept returns on rough rock that is fractured or broken during knapping, cutting, or polishing of the stone.

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 10 days from the date of purchase. We pay for return shipping on fulfillment mistakes only.

The following conditions apply for a return:

  • Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receipt.
  • Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received.
  • Returns must be in their original packaging.
  • The purchaser is responsible for all postage costs related to a return. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number until we confirm that we have received your return.

Suggestions for Safe Returns:

  • Pack the item carefully, utilizing the original methods and materials.
  • Please remember to include your name and contact information in case we have any questions.
  • Please note you are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return shipment.
  • We recommend you insure the shipment for full value of your purchase in case the return package is lost or damaged. Items which are received damaged will not be refunded.
  • Please make sure the package is back to us within 10 days of your receipt of item.

* We will not take responsibility for any lost packages or packages that do not reach us. So please insure your package.

Claims for Loss or Damage
